Federal Police is appealing for public assistance to locate a two-year-old
girl who was not returned to her mother at Kempsey, on the NSW north coast,
following an access visit with her father in late December last year.
Julia Dawn Beaman, was collected at Kempsey by her father, Benjamin David
Beaman, for a one-day access visit but she was not returned to her custodial
Federal, NSW and Queensland Police to locate Julia and her father have
so far been unsuccessful.

Federal Police is renewing its appeal for public assistance to locate two
and a half-year-old Julia Beaman who was not returned to her mother at
Kempsey, on the NSW north coast, following a contact visit with her father
in late December last year.

investigated but unfortunately did not result in locating the child.
Beaman was collected at Kempsey by her father, Benjamin David Beaman, for
a one-day access visit but despite extensive inquiries by Federal, NSW
and Queensland Police the pair has not been seen since.

build with straight brown hair and dark brown eyes. She is tall for a child
two and a half years of age.
Benjamin, is 27 years old. He is Caucasian with a dark olive complexion,
approximately 190 cm tall with a slim but wiry build, and has dark brown
hair and eyes. He has been known to wear a goatee beard and usually
wears sunglasses when outdoors. Benjamin has been employed as a storeman
and packer and has done some amateur boxing.
